Terms of Service

Terms governing your use of DNS Flow

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DNS Flow — Fast DNS Changer (the “App”), provided by Future Insight Vision Technology Limited and developed under NextVision Studio.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

DNS Flow is a DNS routing and management application. Depending on your device, Android version, network, and selected configuration, its features may include:

The App uses Android networking features, including VpnService, to route DNS requests on your device. DNS Flow is not a traditional remote VPN service and does not provide a remote VPN server for routing your general internet traffic.

3. Third-Party DNS Services

DNS Flow allows you to use third-party DNS providers. DNS queries may be sent to the provider you select. The availability, performance, filtering behavior, privacy practices, and retention policies of those services are controlled by their respective providers.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, policies, or performance of a third-party DNS provider. Your use of a provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

4. DNS Filtering and Query Results

Some DNS providers may filter, block, redirect, or otherwise modify responses for certain domains. Labels such as “Passed,” “Blocked,” or “Failed” shown in the App reflect the DNS response received or the outcome of a DNS request.

A “Blocked” result does not necessarily mean DNS Flow itself blocked the request. Filtering may be performed by the DNS provider, a network operator, a device configuration, or another external service.

5. DNS Logs

DNS Flow may store DNS query logs locally on your device. These logs may contain the queried domain name, the DNS result, and the query time.

The App does not record full URLs, page content, or the name of the app that originated the query. Previous connection logs are cleared when a new DNS connection starts. For more details, review our Privacy Policy.

6. App-Specific DNS Routing

If you use app-specific routing or bypass features, the configuration is processed locally on your device. You are responsible for selecting and maintaining a configuration that works as you intend.

7. IPv6 and Background Operation

IPv6 DNS routing and background operation depend on Android, your device manufacturer, battery management settings, network availability, and other system conditions. These features may not function identically on every device or network.

8. Service Availability and Performance

We do not guarantee that the App or any DNS service used through it will be continuous, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times. DNS resolution speed and reliability may vary based on your location, device, network, selected provider, and external conditions.

10. Privacy and Security

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. DNS Flow does not guarantee anonymity, privacy, or security. The privacy and security of DNS queries sent to a third-party provider depend in part on that provider and your network environment.

11. No Guarantee of Security

Encrypted DNS methods, including DNS-over-HTTPS, can protect DNS queries in transit between your device and the selected DNS provider. They cannot guarantee complete security, anonymity, or protection from all threats. Device vulnerabilities, provider failures, network interception outside the encrypted channel, and other external issues may affect your communications.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Future Insight Vision Technology Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it without prior written permission.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Insight Vision Technology Limited, NextVision Studio, and their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or service availability arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting it and uninstalling it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may provide notice of material changes through the App and/or the App’s Google Play listing. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Where permitted by law, continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless the law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
