Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DNS Flow — Fast DNS Changer (“DNS Flow”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

DNS Flow is a DNS routing and DNS management application that allows users to select and use available DNS services.

The App may provide features including:

DNS Flow uses Android system networking capabilities, including VpnService where required, to provide its DNS routing functionality.

DNS Flow is not a traditional remote VPN service and does not operate a remote VPN server for routing general internet traffic.

3. Third-Party DNS Services

DNS Flow may provide access to DNS services operated by third parties.

When you select a third-party DNS service, DNS queries may be sent to that provider.

The availability, performance, filtering behavior, privacy practices, and retention policies of third-party DNS services are controlled by their respective providers.

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and privacy policies of any DNS service you choose to use.

4. DNS Filtering and Query Results

Some DNS providers may block or filter certain domains based on their own policies or configurations.

DNS Flow may display query results such as Passed, Blocked, or Failed based on the response or result received from the DNS service.

A Blocked result does not necessarily mean that DNS Flow itself blocked the domain.

5. DNS Logs

DNS Flow may store DNS query logs locally on your device.

These logs may contain domain names, DNS query results, and query times.

DNS Logs do not contain complete webpage URLs, webpage content, or the name of the application that generated the query.

Logs from the previous DNS connection remain locally stored until a new DNS connection starts, at which point they are cleared.

6. App-Specific DNS Routing

DNS Flow may allow you to configure compatible applications to use DNS routing or bypass DNS routing.

These settings are applied locally on your device.

You are responsible for ensuring that your routing configuration meets your intended use.

7. IPv6 and Background Operation

DNS Flow may provide an option to use IPv6 for DNS routing.

The App may also provide background operation to help maintain DNS routing while the App is not actively displayed.

Actual behavior may depend on Android system settings, device manufacturers, battery-management policies, network conditions, and other system factors.

8. Service Availability and Performance

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that DNS Flow or any third-party DNS service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

DNS performance may vary depending on your network connection, device, location, selected DNS provider, network conditions, and other factors.

DNS Flow does not guarantee complete anonymity, privacy, or security.

When using a third-party DNS provider, DNS queries may be transmitted to that provider and handled according to its policies.

You are responsible for selecting a DNS provider that meets your privacy and security requirements.

11. No Guarantee of Security

Although DNS Flow may support encrypted DNS services such as DNS-over-HTTPS, no network service can guarantee complete security.

You acknowledge that network communications may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including network failures, device issues, third-party services, or changes to operating-system behavior.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, interface, branding, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Future Insight Vision Technology Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content without appropriate authorization.

13. Disclaimer

DNS Flow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties regarding availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Insight Vision Technology Limited, NextVision Studio, and their respective owners, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, DNS Flow.

This may include, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, service interruption, or other losses resulting from the use of DNS Flow or third-party DNS services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using DNS Flow and uninstall the App at any time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated Terms will be made available through the App and/or the Google Play listing.

Your continued use of DNS Flow after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
